We are immensely grateful for having had the opportunity to participate in this symposium in Athens. The workshop on “Comparative Research and Monitoring in Europe: lessons learned and ways forward” was an enlightening experience, and we were honored to present some of the Mediadelcom results in this prestigious event.

[I extend my deepest gratitude to the Mediadelcom consortium for welcoming me into this assembly of outstanding professionals. It’s an honor to be part of such a distinguished team].

A heartfelt thank you to the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP), and especially to Dr. Anna Kandyla and Dr. Evangelia Psychogiopoulou, for the invitation and the chance to contribute to the symposium’s focus on media monitoring alongside other significant comparative projects.

The discussions and presentations provided invaluable insights into the complexities of media monitoring and the impact of comparative research across Europe. It was inspiring to be surrounded by such dedicated professionals and scholars, including Anna and Evangelia, whose expertise in the field greatly added to the conversation’s depth.

The Impact Hub Athens event was a platform for sharing knowledge and a testament to the collaborative spirit that drives our collective effort to understand and improve media landscapes.

Thank you to all the attendees, presenters, and organizers for making the symposium successful. We are looking forward to continuing these important conversations and to future collaborations.
